Hotbath Ltd. can process personal data as a consequence of you availing of our services and/or because you have provided the data to us by completing a contact form. Through availing of these services, you agree to the processing of your personal data. Hotbath Ltd. can process these and other personal details of yours:

  • Address
  • Telephone number

2. Does Hotbath Ltd. also process particular personal details?

Certain personal data is sensitive: for example, details concerning health, religion, criminal history or country of birth. Hotbath Ltd. does not process any particular personal data as a controller.

3. What is the purpose for which we process your personal data?

Hotbath Ltd. processes your personal data for the execution of service order(s) or to deliver goods and/or services. When requesting a service, the person making the request provides the necessary details so that the service request can be handled correctly. The objective is to be able to provide proper service to the person making the request. Hotbath Ltd. processes your data further for the following purposes:

  • For the execution of an agreement made with you;
  • To inform you about (any changes in) our products and services;
  • To process and settle payments;
  • To deliver goods and services to your address;
  • To personalise our services to your preferences;

5. How long do we store your personal data?

We store personal data carefully and do not keep it for longer than is necessary for the realisation of the purposes for which it was shared with us. Naturally, we comply with the statutory retention periods.

6. Sharing personal data with third parties

We only share your personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into a processor agreement with companies that process your data as part of our order to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.

7. Your right to privacy

If you wish to know whether all the personal data that Hotbath Ltd. has in its possession are correct, then you can ask us to send you an overview of those data. If you believe any details are incorrect, incomplete or redundant, you can ask us to change, supplement or remove them as appropriate. You can send us your request for inspection, correction or removal via the contact information in point 9. We will react to your request as soon as possible, but in any case, within 4 weeks.

In addition, you are entitled to submit a complaint to the national supervisory body, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. You can do this on the ‘Authoriteit Persoonsgegevens’ website.
